how does Glen Benton,Nergal,Chris Barnes and George Corpsegrinder do that super deep,awesome death growls man?
i do it and it hurts me throat.the closest i can get to a deep growl is an inhale type.and i dont like inhales coz
they're kinda cheating.

wow.i have like 3 bands now.The first is Imageries.The other one is Oceans.and the other is unnamed.let's call the unnamed one "W36Q" for convenience sake.

W36Q kinda just started jamming together.and when i mean just start,i mean just start.we kinda jammed for a day.and somehow,i am excited by the prospect of playing something other than guitar.I PLAY BASS!AND MAYBE DRUMS.gotta learn drums.

For Imageries,we kinda been together for more than 9 months(?).FAIZ I AM BORED OF PLAYING CHAPTER 4.this band's sounds like....everything mashed up together.we kinda havent really decide but most probably like old ETF plus Artic Monkeys.that's our strongest influences lah.but i wanted a more heavier sound.me drummer don wanna heavy heavy.he's into Disney pop and disco shizz.he like's Chapter 4 bcoz of the drums.go figure.Imageries would be just plain Rock.or Punk.or Indie.or whatever.

For Oceans,havent really start jamming together.i think we're jamming together this Sat,playing Situations by Escape The Fate.i'm singing.and rhythm.or maybe drums coz Fad doesnt really know how to play with double pedals.i kinda just wanna concentrate on singing.
CHEY LIKE MY VOICE NICE ONLY.i think this would be my heavier project.

double pedals + clean vocals +drop d tuning = Oceans.

that's what i want it lah with a lil of death growls and pig squeals thrown around.not Suicide Silence,more A Day To Remember.yeah i know ADTR no piq squeals but i just like to do pig squeals.


we'll see how it goes.
